With 15 years as a recognized thought leader in the space, he’s got a rare perspective that comes from hands-on experience in sales, marketing, business development and strategic direction for virtual environment platforms.

Mike is the former VP of Worldwide Sales at ON24 where he successfully hit record revenue growth by aligning sales and marketing, as well as building a global direct and channel sales organization.

Mike doesn’t plan to spend much time in the office. He’ll execute the 6Connex mission by spending most of his time with clients gathering feedback that drives the development of a platform that leaves clients breathless. Mike holds a degree from the University of California at Davis.

Lisa leads the external voice of 6Connex, and her passion for virtual environments and events drives her marketing programs. With 7 years’ experience developing innovative virtual event programs and account marketing plans for some of the world’s largest B2B brands, Lisa brings a unique perspective to the role of CRO. Lisa’s former positions include Senior Director of Strategic Sales at ON24 and VP of West Enterprise accounts at INXPO. She holds a degree in Speech Communications from San Jose State University.

Lisa’s goal is to ensure a consistent voice for 6Connex and an excellent experience for every customer, from the first touchpoint through program execution. She drives revenue, and success, by always listening to the customer, and she’s not afraid to get involved in the smallest program details. Lisa is also passionate about a balanced and inclusive business culture.

Marc Goodell

EVP, Environments and Infrastructure

Marc manages the infrastructure and environments that power the 6Connex Virtual Destination platform. During his 20-year career, Marc has earned a deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and software development at market leaders PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Workday. In his most recent role as Systems Engineer – Environments Management at Workday, Marc gained invaluable insight into true SaaS multi-tenanted platforms while scaling global day-to-day operations. Marc holds a degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of California at Davis.

Marc uses his extensive experience in enterprise software and environments, along with his insatiable curiosity of how things work, to ensure the infrastructure at 6Connex is first in its class to support Virtual Destinations around the globe.

Michael serves as product liaison to 6Connex clients, ensuring the easiest to use platform on the most cutting edge user interface in the industry. For over 20 years, Michael has worked directly with some of the largest corporations in the world. Michael spent 10 years as a Senior Principal Consultant – Advanced Technology Solutions at Oracle Corporation winning numerous company awards before spending 7 years as Senior Systems Engineer at Scientific Application International Corporation (SAIC). Michael holds a degree in Statistics with an emphasis in Mathematics from the University of California at Davis.

Michael utilizes his expertise with enterprise architecture, software development, and cloud computing to quickly and instinctively adapt to changes in our environment in order to deliver a superior Virtual Destination platform.

Joakim manages the EMEA business for 6Connex, ensuring seamless support from sales through program success. An industry pioneer, Joakim has been leading teams in the virtual events and webcasting space since 1999, and he has helped to shape the virtual program strategy for global brands like Google, Deloitte The Economist and BP. His past positions include Regional Sales Director, APAC at ON24 and Head of Sales and Marketing at Virtue. Joakim holds a Bachelor degree in Business studies from Halmstad University, Sweden & CVNP, Bilbao, Spain.

Joakim’s passion is to create world-class online experiences. He believes the key to success is to focus on the strengths of online versus trying to replicate the physical world. He also has a difficult-to-explain habit of pushing it to the limit in extreme endurance events in remote part of the world.

Bill leads the financial and accounting aspects for 6Connex, fueled by his passion for helping companies succeed. With a blend of both startup experience and senior accounting roles, Bill brings invaluable perspective to the role of CFO. Bill’s former positions include CFO of a venture capital backed startup Longitude System and Director at Capstone. In addition, Bill has co-founded two startup companies. Bill holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Villanova University.

Bill’s goal (in addition to keeping the books in order) is to ensure a smooth experience for customers when it comes to their financial interactions with 6Connex.

Robin Klombers

VP Sales, North America

Robin drives new business development and channel relationships for 6Connex in North America. Considered an industry trailblazer, Robin has led with a strategic voice in the virtual events space for more than 15 years. Her experience includes Vice President of Sales and Business Development for INXPO she led the NY office for virtual expo provider Unisfair (now West/Intercall), and she was an early customer of the technology while in the media/publishing industry, focusing on monetized events. Robin holds undergraduate degrees in both Finance and Education from the University of Maryland, as well as an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.

Robin’s passion shines through in every customer meeting; she keeps customer interests top of mind to ensure successful virtual programs tied to business strategies and objectives. She also enjoys brainstorming the big, and sometimes small, ideas that make each program unique.
